1. Agreement

By accessing notionaitool.com or using Notion AI Tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use the service for unlawful activity or to interfere with the service or other users.

3. License

Subject to these terms and any applicable order or plan terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and service for your authorized purposes.

4. Free trial

The first month is offered free of charge and does not require a credit card to start. Trial availability, eligibility and included features may change. Before any paid subscription begins, applicable pricing, billing frequency and renewal terms will be disclosed to the customer.

5. Payments and cancellation

Any paid subscription is subject to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase. Unless the applicable order terms state otherwise, paid subscriptions may renew for the same billing period until canceled. Cancellation procedures and any available refund rights will be disclosed at purchase or in applicable plan terms.

6. User content

You retain rights you already have in content you submit. You grant us the permissions reasonably needed to provide, secure and improve the service as described in the applicable privacy documentation. You represent that you have the right to submit the content.

7. AI-generated output

AI output is generated probabilistically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it.

8. Prohibited use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property rights, violate applicable law, or use the service to create or facilitate harmful or fraudulent activity.

9. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service. We do not promise that every feature will always be available or error-free.

10. Intellectual property

Our software, website, branding and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are transferred to you.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties except those expressly stated in a written agreement.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notion AI Tool and its providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service. Any additional limitations and exclusions required by applicable law are incorporated as required.

13. Governing law

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable in the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
